Today I went to WW for my weigh in and lost .8.  I thought I would be way farther along by this time but at least it looks like the plateau is behind me. ? (I hope).  Of course actually COUNTING the points would help. lol.  I need to get rid of the weight by the time I go home to Denver to visit my family.  My sister had the surgery and is so proud of herself and full of herself.  I don't agree with that surgery so, I am not all that impressed with her weight loss.  Now my brother is talking about doing the surgery as well because he has diabetes and he feels it will help him get rid of it.  Weight loss will help him get rid of it and perhaps trying to put down the ice cream down (which he eats nightly) would help.  I hope he tries a healthier alternative.  Neither he or my sister are THAT over weight.  Well I know alot of people don't agree with my view of the surgery but I feel that if you eat the way you eat after the surgery before the srgery, you wouldn't need the surgery...duh.  Well, I hope my comments don't cause any of my friends quit me but it is just my opinion.
