I am continuing with my working out on the eliptical 30 minutes each day on a level. I am now up to a level 2 but cant seem to get over 30 minutes. Well it is important to just keep trying each day. I am taking a break from jazzercise but I plan to go back soon. Hopefully I will be in much better shape and condition when I return. I remember when I used to be a gym rat. Boy those were the days...only about 6 years ago. I had buff arms and I looked really good. Dragging around my body now is not fun and I don't feel good at the gym, so I hope I can get to a point where I feel better about my body so I can go back and enjoy it.

I am RIGHT there with you. Wanting to go to thy gym, but not feeling comfortable yet. I cant believe I have to lose weight, BEFORE going to the gym. We need some self estee I tell you!! :) I never was a gym brat, just an athlete. I stayed in shape playing sports. My goal is to lose enough weight to feel comfortable going to the gym, and then start playing softball, tennis and rock climb again. We can do it right?!?! Big hugs to you.
