I am continuing with my working out on the eliptical 30 minutes each day on a level. I am now up to a level 2 but cant seem to get over 30 minutes. Well it is important to just keep trying each day. I am taking a break from jazzercise but I plan to go back soon. Hopefully I will be in much better shape and condition when I return. I remember when I used to be a gym rat. Boy those were the days...only about 6 years ago. I had buff arms and I looked really good. Dragging around my body now is not fun and I don't feel good at the gym, so I hope I can get to a point where I feel better about my body so I can go back and enjoy it.
