Last week I did not write about my weigh in because I had gained 3 lbs. I think it was a sausage dish that I had not one day but 2 days. I also had some binge issues. This week I lost 2 1/2 of the 3 lbs and did much better with night time binges. It does not make any sense to binge while working out so hard. This week I am going to try to do better with the nighttime munches.






one day at a time thats all i can do so i know how you fell and my thoughts are with you i know we can do this

Oh, I hear ya! I dont know what it is about night time munching.. I mean, I hate to say it, but I am doing it as I type! Its such a battle. Awesome job on the weight loss!! Going in the right direction again! Big hugs, and good luck to both of us with the night time eating!
