Today was my first day going 30 minutes straight on the eliptical. I felt wonderful...and very sweaty which made me feel like I had really done something. I feel like I am running for good health. I remain sugar free since July and i am now flour, white rice and white potato free as well. My body feels so much better and I am doing better with the binging but have now discovered almonds (:[). Weight it not coming off as fast as I like because of them. They are alot of WW points.
