We bought an Eliptical and put is up on Friday. Much to my surprise after 2minutes I was dying and I was able to limp to 5 minutes then the next day I did 10 minutes. I did it a couple of times per day to total 20 minutes. Now it is Monday and I am up to 15 minutes with 2 10second breaks. Since our trip, I have curbed some of the binge eating and it is not as bad. I have also been white flour free for 10 days. I have a new attitude. I am not going to stop!!!
