Well, I am not real sure how I did it but I lost 2 lbs this weeks and this finally brings me back to 202 which was were I went when I put on the 3 lbs. I did not get my usual salad on Saturday after my meeting and I notice that I alway put on a lbs after that salad. I don't know but I am also going to try and keep binge foods out of the house this week. My cruise is next week and I hope I can take off a couple more pounds before than.
