Well I am not on line for my goal because I am stuck at 204. I gained a couple of pounds due to binging. My goal seems so close yet so far. I am not going to make it in time for my trip unless a miracle happens. I am going to try cleaning the carbs out of my diet and we will see what happens.






I too have a trip to AZ planned for mid December and I wanted to be under 200 by then. That would mean me losing 40 pounds or so though- not going to happen. But we CAN stay away from binge foods , excercise and be so much better off-whether we meet those goal weights we set or not. Maybe we need to switch our goals to one day at a time refraining from compulive eating, along with exercise and the weight loss will follow??? I am staying off the scale for a while and have decided to pay attention to how my clothes fit and getting through each day not binging - one day at a time! You have made so much progress- 85% to your goal!!! we can do this- might have to adjust the goals a bit and keep at it. Do not lose heart!!!
