Well again I have been binging and this week I gain .2. I am floating right at 25 lbs lost and can't seem to get past that...why you may ask..binging, binging and binging. If I keep doing that same thing, every week I am going to get the same answer. I learned that carbs are m downfall. If you have read the bood Food addict: The body knows, you will learn that some people can't handle carbs. Carbs begets carbs over and over. Monday, I am going to try eating more protien and veggie and cut out the carbs and see if that gets me a different outcome.






Practice Practice Practice! It's the key to learning new habits and breaking bad ones. Go easy on yourself when you 'fail'. It's not really failing, it's learning.

The more protein I eat the less I crave carbs and sweets so I think you're headed in the right direction. I've also learned that "just one taste" doesn't work for me, it leads to too many others. Good luck - it's worth the battle.
