Went to Weight Watchers today and I have steadily been loosing but I am not going to make my goal of 10% by next week. I have been working on being exceedingly good on program, but I can't seem to get more than 2 lbs per week. I am very greatful that I am now loosing instead of gaining, I guess I am just getting anxious for the goal. I do feel a change in my clothes and I am feeling better physically and emotionally.

2 lbs a week is a very healthy loss. don't get to stressed out about not hitting your goal by a certain date the point is that you are going to get there. I'm so excited for you! Hearing you're doing so well gives me encouragement to stay on tract. thank you.

Carol thanks for the support. I would love helping each other stay on track. You are right, as long as I hit my goal who care that it will not be next week.
