I finally made it to 4 weeks sugar free. I have to admit that I feel much more in control of my food choices. Next Saturday is my birthday and I MAY decide to have some cake. The good thing about being sugar free is that I don't have the compulsion that I HAVE to have sweets.
I also lost 2.2 pounds to day and that puts me at -11.6 for 4 weeks. I am on goal for November.
