  I have question to ask you? But first let me tell you what happen so you can see were I am coming from. Last night I went to the grocery store & I standing in front of the water area looking at different kinds of flavors there were and I started talking totalking to some lady who I had never meet before about the different things I was doing to lose weight. And that I was taking meds and trying to eat right. And that last week was not a great week for me and this lady just blow my mind away. The lady told me she just did not understand why I was spending my money of meds and that if I just got my fat a** out of the kitchen and just told myself no. That I would lose my weight in no time. Now I'll tell you this if I was not a Christian, I would of told that lady were to go and what she could of done while she was their. But that's not me. However It brings me to you. We have both been over weight for a while now. I know I have been what one would call BIG for almost 10 years. Now I have lost a little over the years and gained a hole lot more back. But my question to you is. Was that lady right. Do you think that weight gain is mind over matter? Let me know that you think.
