  Your sisters lying about her weight loss is very disturbing. Why would someone lie about something so profound. When she is found out she will have a lot of emotions to deal with, guilt for the lie, embarrassment of being found out, losing the trust of her dear friends and family. She has already lost your trust and she didn't even lie to you. As for you take pride in what you are doing to lose weight. When you are in shape again you will be so proud to share honestly with people how you healthily lost weight. I'm glad you were able to share at your OA meeting. It sounds like it was a real healing time, but I think I would encourage you to share with OA your feelings toward your sister. It will be good for you to deal with some of that anger.
