Thank you for your Thanksgiving message. Sounds like you'll have your hands full, but that's what the holiday is supposed to be all about. I hope you'll see your cute granddaughter. Take care. Lots of hugs, Mugsini.
Thank you so much for your support and good thoughts. This has been a very trying 1 1/2 years. Moved to soon then moved back now just trying to find myself. Everyone in DS are the kind of people you would love to have as family and I sure think of them as such.
Hello Sue. I have not been a good girl by not talking or hugging you. I just had a Calden injection in my lower spine. Ouch that one hurt. I am feeling somewhat better now. You will hear from me more often. Hugs
Thank you....I thought the same thing...that they should have kept my granddaughter in the hospital. I know that she is scared...that the fainting and shaking uncontrollably really scares me and it scares her whole family. I spent a sleepless night imagining horrible things...finally I got up and did some cleaning. This flu is so scary and I'm worried for her little brother who has health issues of his own and especially for the baby who is less than two months old. But imagining scary things is not going to help them....so I'm going to try to be more positive with my thoughts.
I am 61 years old and have been diagnosed with FMS for over eight years now. Although I feel I am doing well, some symptoms bother me because I feel like they could be caused by someone else - heart, etc. I have a high tolerance for pain which is abnormal from what I have read about FMS patients. Just wanted to know how other people feel. Hope you are all doing well.
I used Fosamax a few years ago. Gave me acid reflux disease. Just had another bone density test and they said I should be on one of t he pills. They asked that I take Actonel -150 mg. once a month. I will start in January. I'm actually having a colonostopy and edoscopy this afternoon. The endoscopy will check for damage and/or ulcer, etc. Will be glad when all tests are done. Have a great day - SUE
Although parents are in a retirement center living independently, I have full responsibility for all dr. appts., errands, medical and taking care of their finances. Sometimes it is overwhelming. Would be nice to have some friends doing the same thing.
