I am finally going to see a neuro to figure out what is causing all this muscle weakness. I think the internet has scared me into making an appt. Lets hope my insurance works! I am just going to bite the bullet and use the Humana and hopefully they won't call it pre-existing. But I have to figure out whats wrong, even my hands are weak now. On top of that I have muscle aches, and tingling/numbness. So there is a pretty good doctor I am going to schedule with thats pretty close to me. Wish me luck, I will update.

Good luck sweets! Have u been tested for fibromyalgia? I have that and my rhuem dr and gp tell me that those symptoms ur describing are caused by that condition. I take gavapentin and flexerall and still have the tingling/numbness and muscleaches too. but they also have told me that I have arthritis thru out my entire body but its not RA but once i see the hematologist then i will know what all is hiding inside my body. Another thing u can have ur dr test u for is MS and RA. I'm praying for u sweets that the doctors can get this figured out for u and undercontrol quickly. Thank you I have an appt on the 25th and we will see, don't you love how they make you wait? I got my TSH checked and am waiting the results for that too. They have never mentioned Fibro before. I don't feel pain when I press on the trigger points, just diffuse widespread pain. Especially in the backs of my legs and calves. But the weakness is what is the worst. I guess we will see, I am thinking maybe Polymyositis, or maybe MS.
