Just jotting down stuff as I think of it....
My back got sore but generally held up through 2 days of doing house work, a walk around a park, picking up my giant 5 year old when he got a boo-boo, more walking, and trying to push a minivan that wasn't about to budge.
I mean, I would not say no to a massage, but I can't believe how well the stupid thing did this week. There is no rhyme nor reason to it, but I am thankful. It allowed me to have a lot of fun.
