I’m With You
I know... so strange! All I can do is strongly recommend the book... it puts things into perspective, at least it did for me, which made quitting smoking exciting, rather than daunting. About 12 days into it though, it didn't matter what the book said... I was hell-bent to smoke a cigarette and I smoked 5. It's a drug addiction Classy... so we also have to overcome the psychological "cravings" as well. A couple of days after my slip, everthing started getting easier for me. Now it's day 25 :) Long road ahead I know, but it's the longest I've ever quit, and I don't see relapsing anytime in the near future. It's not that I don't have occasional cravings, I just haven't the will to smoke anymore. Anyways, have an awesome smoke-free day!! J ;)
