Hey guys, doing good with no weighing! I can't weigh until Sunday and I think I can definately do it. Unfortunately I haven't been doing the only going on Diet analysis only 1x a day, I'm still doing it after every meal. I just get too stressed out!
Yesterday at practice one of the skaters who is near my age noticed my weight loss. She said "Jamie did you lose weight over break?" I couldn't tell if it was a compliment or an insult. I said "I guess so... I had a lot more time to train so I worked pretty hard over break." She was like "You look a lot thinner." One of the skating mom's over heard and piped in "How did Jamie lose weight? Cut off a arm and a leg?" It was funny. Another mom said "Good thing she comes back to school or she would waste away."
I laughed but it kinda made me scared that I'll gain a ton of weight now that I'm back! Oh well. Yikes time flies... I have class!!

You know you're not going to gain a ton of weight. you'd have to be eating a LOT more than you are. I think the moms are concerned. Those comments are kind of strange.

u looked amazing the way u were...so u losing weight and people commenting on it is not a compliment...its a concern...do not waste away...cuz along with losing the weight u lose ur emotions ur focus ur health ur grades ur family ur muscle ur strength ur endurance ur sleep ur friends.....
