Hey guys I'm on day 45. wow!
So if some of you caught my post, I was super tempted to binge 15 minutes before dinner (dinner was a lot later than usual cause I was meeting a friend!) But I didn't! Though I did chew a whole pack of gum and have one handful of this bran/flaxseed stuff that I put on my oatmeal- It's ok and not sweet and fiberful- so I figured it would curb my appetite. And it did. So instead of like 2000 cals before dinner I had 100 :)
Yay for anothe good practice. Memo to myself... eating more = feeling fantastic.
Burned 700 cals from exercise (300 from skating-aprox. and 400 from cardio) Ate 2,055 cals. So it's all good.
Don't have that much to say. Oh yeah. I'm starting a bible study with some girls I know from out on campus group: BASIC (brothers and sisters in christ) I'm super pumped!
