Hey guys! I just finished day 42 hurray! I ate 2000 cals again today. Since it was labor day- no skating :( But I did exercise 650 calories off. So is 2000 calories a good amount? Because 2000-650 is 1,350 for the rest of my day (resting metabolism, walking a lot between buildings of my classes etc) So I'm not sure, is that good? I really want to get my period back.. But I don't want to get any bigger... Catch 22 I guess.
Anyways, I've been doing so great with the binge urge, It's been gone! Like the urge is very rare and not strong at all! The restrict urge is definately a lot stronger. But I'm doing so much better. I'm afraid the whole body image thing hasn't gotten any better. But being at my school is a huge ego boost. Lots of extremely overweight girls. Like 90% of them. So in that way it does help, and busy-ness. Less time to dwell on it.
Well that is all for now. Can't wait to get back on the ice tomorrow though!

Congrats on the binge-free life!!!! Such a great feeling isn't it?!?! Amazing...so proud of you!!!....just make sure you don't fall back into restricting. Just because u aren't bingeing doesn't mean Ed's not around u know?....u need that energy for skating and all the exercise u do :) ... make sure u keep that calorie count up kiddo! ur doing good :)

Have you tried to not count your cals in a day. Maybe this would be a great freedom for you if you could get rid of the counting. The counting cals can be an obsession of itself. Iam glad though that you have upped your cals a bit. However for a girl your age and for the large amount of activity that you do you should be consuming more but good for you for the binge freedom. Keep up the good fight.
