caution, possible trigger?
Today I'm doing much better. A normal appetitie today, not ravenous, but not starving either. Still so sore and tired. I went to the gym and did about 1/2 my norm. Burned 250 calories cause I was so exausted and hurting. And I still have a 2 hour practice tonight and want to do well at that. It's 1:30 and I'm at 1000 cals. I figure I should get about 1600 today and slowly increase so I don't feel too stuffed.
I am losing. 117 this morning. Thats 5 lbs in a week. I hope I slow this down so I can have more energy. It's not like I'm underweight or anything. 115-130 is fine for my height. But I think the fast weight loss is wearing me out! Doing a lot better today though.
Big story!! My best friend from college found out yesterday. I was skating and doing well but about 1.5 hours in I like died. So tired. He was like "you never get this tired, whats going on." I said "I think I need to eat more cause I do so much." And after a few more questions he figured it out. It was good though. Hes in the same health major as me so he knows whats good for me as well as I do.
but holy crap.. Day 38. that'll put ya in a good mood :)

You're doing amazing hun, but you know, and I know, that a five pound weight loss in a week is really bad. You're feeling tired because you're definately not getting adequate nutrition.

5 pounds in a week sounds like a lot to lose in one week and your probably tired because you need to eat just a bit more. But congradulations on day #38!!!!
I'm sooo proud of you. Just be careful hun and eat a little more.

well done on day 38 but try to eat a little more - healthy, but more. 5lb in a week is an awful lot - no wonder you're so tired. It's good that you recognise this yourself, but you need to make the decision to stop, to slow down a little. You can do it - give your body what it needs. *hugs*
