On day 35.
I'm at school. My roommate is... well weird. She talks to her fish more than me... Shes big and has lots of food in her room. But gross stuff thats brightly colored (I have a phobia of colored foods... like skittles, fruit loops, mac and cheese etc) ok well I sound super mean now. But shes ok. We go to bed and wake up at the same time so it's ok. And shes neat. hurray!
Today was rough. Between campus parking, unpacking, finding classes, buying books my stress level is over the top! It's so weird. Today I have had no appetite. Like I forced myself to eat 3 times. I just didnt want to eat. That never happens to me. I am usually the most hungry person ever. I need food every 3 hours. Today so far I ate 700 calories, by force. (Its 5:00 pm) I'll try to eat more later. But I don't know. I don't want my metabolism to slow down.
Any ideas?
Sorry.. barely any time to comment and read journals. I'll be on it soon. Usually I'm pretty good about it too!

i guess you were just to busy to feel hungry, and the stress probably supressed your appetite!
im so the same, i have a crazy hunger, i swear i eat and then am hungry half an hour later, its really anoying, i try to eat wholesome filling foods to but still get majorly hungry soon after, oh well, i guess everyones food needs and bodies work differently?!
it must be super exciting starting uni! uni life is so much fun, have a blast :)

As sarrah said, you were probably just too busy to feel hungry, hehe. Make sure you get enough food in, so all the hunger doesn't hit you at once on a later time though.
Starting school again can be very stressful and overwhelming, but try not to let it get to you by taking a break from all the stress and doing something you like for a bit (exercise, nap, run, or anything that makes you feel better).

i get the same way too when i get busy/stressed...u probably just felt overwhelmed by the completely new environment. but good job not restricting and making sure u atleast ate something...good luck adjusting, i know it can be difficult!

Whew.. good old college days and stress. Everything is so exciting and iam sure this is why you have lost your appetite.Once things get into routine you will get back to normal. Iam glad to hear you made yourself eat even though you werent hungry.
