day 26. We just got home from our trip. I am really happy to be home and skating at our home rink again... competition in 1 week!! Well anyways. I ate too too much this weekend, close to binges a couple times but being with my family saved me. I feel gross. But I'm happy that I have almost been a month binge free! I visited my boyfriend on the way back. It was fun but it made me a bit more sad.
I'm kind of excited to go back to school. I like the structure, and I know what I really like is that the fact that I'm busy and it makes it easier to eat a lot less. I already have a plan for the next semester.

well done on nearly a month bingefree. i hope going back to school is good for you, but make sure you don't restrict too much! you do heaps of exercise, so you need your fuel.xo

Wow! You're doing fantastic! I'm glad your family was around to help you out, sometimes you just need that extra helping hand... Yay for seeing your boyfriend! I know you miss though, but don't worry, it'll get easier as time progresses and school starts up again for you too.

Yeah, being in school help. I feel college is what aided in my recovery. It gave me structure and I wanted to be normal. I wanted to have friends, so it helped me to get out of my isolation.

Awesome job! You are doing so, so well. :) I always love hearing about how well you are doing, because it gives me hope and inspiration that defeating ED IS possible!
I agree, going to school will offer you lots of structure and will most likely help you with the binges.

Keep going girlie!! I know bingeing is so hard, it really is, but you gotta fall so many times before you get back up for good. I really believe in you and you just have such a good attitude about this whole thing!!
