yesterday was 20 days. I skated for 2 hours yesterday, no gym. Probably 400-500 cals burned? I ate about 1,600 cals.
I went with some friends to a nice resturant and a lake last night. We got dressed up. It was super fun. I got a salad. I didn't use the dressing and I only ate part of it. Then we got ice cream later. I ate 1/2 a scoop of vanilla frozen yogurt (fat free) But it was ok.
Anyways it was my last night seeing my boyfriend too :( That was sad.
I have new pics yet again. With skating ones! I'll go through and delete some soon so I don't have to many, but check em out :)

I hope one day you can stop counting calories. I love your new pics!!! Makes me wish I wasn't completely uncoordinated on ice!

Beautiful picture. Have you tried not counting calories.. this may help you maybe.. just a thought. ALso you should try and up the cals if you are working out so much i fear you just may drop and faint.

You are so beautiful. I love the new pics that you uploaded. You have such a talent at ice skating, and I'm so glad that you're healthy enough to keep up with the sport.
I do have to agree with everyone else. I think it would be so much more healthy for you to stop counting calories and just eat what you want, when you want. But, nevertheless, it's good that you are at least eating an adequate amount.
