I am a figure skater and college student studying health, fitness and nutrition field. I have a 4 year history of disordered eating habits that I'm trying to recover from this. **I am currently limiting the friends I accept, so that I can keep up and be a good supporter to all my current friends. I would prefer to add those who have EDs.

Type: Obligatory ExerciseSuffered from female athlete triad, then recovered and now fall in to restriction and binge eating cycles, normal weight at this point so I am ENDOS. I also am an obsessive exerciser.
Treatments
- Dietitian Consult Working / Worked
- was good she explained a lot
- Group Therapy Working / Worked
- Liked it, but found some comments triggering
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Great help from my parents, pastor, and boyfriend. They are so supportive!
