 i wrote this in a message to another member. the first paragraph is about sensoril. i hope this helps someone.

 

hello. yeah, that's why i started taking it plus i am afraid of side effects of drugs. i'm not gonna lie, it isn't a cure-all but it def takes the edge off and will help you avoid really rough patches. i have been taking it since march. i was pretty nervous about it the first few times i took it b/c i was expecting side effects but i literally have felt none just like the majority of others who take it. the only reported side effect has been drowsiness. i did a TON of research on it before i took it b/c like i said, i am scared of side effects. i still have all the scientific research on it. btw, the fda has not approved it but just look at the drugs they haev approved. not to have conspiracy theorites, but it is pretty clear that the fda does not want such a cheaply manufactured, safe and effective alternative to the dangerous, expensive drugs that are available.

another important thing to do is walk 30 min every day NO MATTER WHAT. walking 30 min is like taking a tranquilizer. it has an immediate effect and a cumulative one. i have been walking 30 min per day for the last month and i def do feel better already.

have you read any books on how to overcome anxiety? i just bought "the anxiety and phobia workbook." it helps you develop a comprehensive plan for recovery that covers mind/body, relaxation, nutrition, life purpose, etc. it is a good idea but the book is a bit boring. here is a link to a lot of the book. based on what is available, you can make a comprehensive plan for recovery from this. take care, chiari
