My eczema is slowly spreading to every part of my body...however it isnt really bad everywhere...i just have the apperence of a tomato lol x

Yea im doing better. i brought this stress ball thingy and am teaching myself to squeeze it when im itchy. and its actually kindof working. oddly enough. it one of those things that changes colour and feels reeeally horrible but i cant get enough of it lol. how are you doing?? xxx

im having an extra ordinaryarly bad day excema wise...my dad offed to just cut my head of and my first thoguht was...."i wont itch anymore" but no....i will not be suicidal!!! hopefully i will stop itching...or run around like a headless chicken for a while xx
