if you are interested in learning how to wax or making your own wax go to youtube.com my cousin told me about it. i made my own wax today. it's a sugar wax. it's also edible and better for you.
1 cup of sugar
1/4 of lemon juice
1/4 of water
baby powder or talcum powder or corn starch
please note: even though this stuff is edible, plz don't eat too much so you don't make yourself sick. also, don't make too much at once, i did and the mixture started to rise and bubble and caused a fire.
bring water to a boil. stir constantly and adjust temperature as needed and simmer. keep stirring. the mixture should be a brown or an amber color. (almost like an ice tea color or close to it).
pour into a plastic contain that you can use to microwave or a glass jar. ( when using a glass jar, rinse jar in hot water to keep from cracking). let the wax cool a bit before using.
be sure that your hair is not too short or too long. if it is too long trim it down to a 1/4 inch. if it is too short wait a few days for hair to grow before waxing.
use powder on area that you want waxed. spread lightly and smooth across. don't rub in. next,
apply wax onto the same area. the use either muslin paper, parchment wax paper ( the kind you use for baking), or chinese silk material to apply onto waxed area. smooth over a few times, then hold skin taunt and pull in opposite direction in which your hair is growing.
