: Post Partum DepressionWell...I have been suffering with depression for quite sometime. i didn't recognise the signs at first...but now I am finding it really difficult to trust people, and i feel like i have no self worth. I just want to be able to get back to the person I use to be...and at the moment it;s killing me that I don't feel comfortable in my own skin.
