I think I spelled the word encourgagment wrong oh well anyways I weigh in today I am 204 so I am down from the last time 211 that brings me down 7 lbs. I really would love to get under the 200 marker. I really need to get my hair done and my nails, eyebrows. I think I need a new overhaul. My mom is so cute she sits and watches the golden girls, I love Lucy and then she listens to the spanish salsa station and dances with her feet while she is sitting. I tries to take videos of her yesterday I got some but not many she does let me take pictures of her which is good. I sure do wish my mom would remember how to cook she made the best soup. and boy could she cook stuffing for thnksgiving. She was always cooking. She use to feed everyone that would walk in thru our front door. She still loves going to church with us and she loves car rides. She loves seeing action going on.
