Diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Dysthymia in 2007. On Lexapro and occasional Xanax PRN. Lexapro has done wonders as well as having my thyroid removed for hyperthyroidism, multiple nodules and after the fact, found out thyroid cancer.
Treatments
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- Has really gotten me on an even keel mood wise. It was also prescribed to help with depression and secondary to hypertention issues. Have few side effects now; did have some weight gain and drowiness at first but have been able to start losing some of the weight. Overall positive experience!
Open Sexually Transmitted Diseases - Female
I have had HSV2 for three years and as time has gone on my perception of it has changed a lot. I thought at first it was the end of my sex and love life but it is not. I want to continue to share my story and to help others deal with issues related to having HSV2
Treatments
- L-Lysine Working / Worked
- I am blessed to be primarily asymptomatic, but do take L-Lysine as well as vitamins to boost immune system
