Monday, October 13, 2008 | A Positive story

Laughingwent to the cardiologist for 1 year check up. ( mitral valve regurgitation)

ekg was great, blood pressure  108/80. Lost the 15 lbs i have put on since surgery 1 year ago.

cholesterol levels are great. bad cholesterol down to 84 was 103 a year ago...
