After months of struggling day by day, I am finally feeling a bit normal..
cutting out most breads and red meats has done wonders. I can breath again and have more energy. I am concerned though about the jittery and anxiety feelings I get after only 2 to 2 & 1/2 hours of eating.
I have never been so desperate to feel normal. Blood pressure has been great and no need for gas-ex. But sugar level drops so fast.. Amazing though how calm I have been, not sterssing or being as dramatic.






Hi Thats good the improvement..I too am like you..I find I sometimes do have to eat at least every 2 hours ...and protein I have found to be better..eat before those symptoms kick in I have read so I am trying that..even if its only one or two nuts..yes it certainly helps with the stres anxiety levels doesn,t it....hope all goes well regards and hugz julie
