      Please i need help with my 4 yr old sleeping. I had a gate on her door up untill she was nearly 4, she was always difficult in going to sleep but i used to leave her crying at the gate and most nights she would go back to bed herslef and sleep. Now the gate is off she WONT go to bed, constantly coming down stairs, i tried EVERYTHING.. plz help
