I suffered a SAH around 1999 or 2000. The MD I had at the time did not find anything or order an MRI. A couple years later my vision would just shut off. In early 2007 a different MD found the aneurysm attached to the optical nerve of my right eye. I had surgery around March or April 2007. Since the surgery I've lost my short-term memory and my 17 year career job after 21 years in the industry. I am now retired at the age of 50. I no longer drive my car or my motorcycle. I don't cook without supervision. I feel at a loss.
