Many husg dear. I have had dystonia for the past 5-years and I'm now 33.
Present
Present full of hope and encouragement for you. I had a normal EEG and still have cervical dystonia. Your pituitary tumor dx may help them with treatment.

Close Endometriosis
I was diagnosed through a Lap in March 2007. Since then, I have taken Lupron and add back therapy. Now, it's unclear if I EVER even had/have Endo.....
Treatments
- Extended-Cycle Birth Control Not Working
- Did not work. I had continuous bleeding.
- Lupron Not Working
- Got all three shots. Still having pain and all the other lovely side effects that go along with it.
- Ortho Evra Not Working
- Didn't work I had the normal breakthrough bleeding for the first three months and after the fourth month, I bled every day again.
- Provera Not Working
- Didn't work. I had the same reaction as the patch and birth control pills.
- Surgery Not Working
- Endo and an adhesion were found and "taken care of". A month later, my pain returned full force. Shortly after, I was given Lupron.
Close Chronic Pain
I have cronic pain...daily pain for the past year, without any diangosis thus far. I had cronic pelvic pain for years prior to this.
Treatments
- Flexeril Somewhat Helpful
- It only helps sometimes.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- It only helps sometimes
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- It would "help" mask the pain, but it would just make me too tired to do anything about it. It was not a good feeling.
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- Relaxing your mind, body and spirit is sometimes all that you can do. It can relieve the combined stress pain with the underlinig pain, but has not fully removed the pain.
- Naproxen Not Working
- Really not helping.
- Oxycodone Not Working
- Didn't help me. It just made me too tired.
Open Epilepsy & Seizures
I started having the spasms/twitching/jerking about 11 months ago. I've had two EEG's in the past month. Both were abnormal. But my Neurologist doesn't know "why".
Treatments
- Lamictal Somewhat Helpful
- I have a sensitivity to all of these meds so far.
Open Anemia
Type: Vitamin B12 DeficiencyI have a B12 deficiency.
Open Dystonia
I don't have a diagnosis of dystonia...yet. But I've been dealing with "spasms" and "convulsions" for many months now.
