Keep at it my dear woman: just don't get migraines as a method of loosing. I've just got an exercise bike (Doc said OK) - no pressure on spine, but will need to build up strength now. All the best , JaneD.

Reallly good idea - I did this years ago; to relieve pressure on spine. I have a pair size 13 Jeans: good quality - I shall send them to you if you ever decide to go down further! I'm now a size 10 & feel better for it. Much encouragement, JaneD.
