Got a small deep fryer, and the other night, I made chicken strips, and Wolfie cut potatoes for me so I could fry them too. I battered the strips in Wolfie's gluten free pancake mix and the food was SOOOOOO awesome!!! The chicken was so juicy and the batter was perfect (this is quality stuff, it isn't horrible like rice bread can be), and it had so much more flavor than similar food cooked at Denny's or Burger King or whatever!
