Haven't worked for 5 years..I have 2 kids, Mandy's in Phoenix teaching and Jake is here, thank God!Trying to hold on and keep a sense of humor.....tired of feeling sorry for myself...I'm really trying to do things....I sure miss my car and the freedom that comes along with it ...but not the bills!

Hi MollysGrandma, How are things going with through with time of the yr. I hope your doing well and wanted to check in because its been awhile. Hope your enjoying your grandchildren like I myself am. Thanks for that "hug" & reply MollysGrandma! I'm fixing to be a Grandma again too, for the 4th time! My oldest son's wife is having her C-section early in the morning. It's supposed to be a little boy. I'm so excited!
It's so good to know that we're NOT ALONE in dealing with this CRAP!! Yeah...I STAY black & blue...from BUMPING into ANY & EVERYTHING!! LOL! My husband just HATES to go ANYWHERE with me anymore because he says that I'm constantly "veering into him & others!" Guess I do! Take care & Don't lose that walker again!" lol! ;)

Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSWoke up in July 2003 with no balance and no feeling in my arm. it has progressed to can't feel my left side and always need a walker now.
Treatments
- Copaxone Working / Worked
- I was started on Copaxone right away but then lost my job and insurance,so lost it for almost a year.It has stayed pretty even- not good but OK. Never had any problem with the shots. ..just get depressed when something comes up that I can no longer handle.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- It really made me feel better-hyped me up, I talked all the time. No problem sleeping, thanks to Benadryl
