i am 49 years old and i am addicted to gambling, mostly lottery tickets. i live on a tight budget and am in debt. i have bipolar disorder and have some axniety that i find some releif when gambling i need help to quit. itry on my own but feel alone in this strugggle.

- i keep going back when i feel stressed about money problems. i know it only makes more
