I have osteoarthritis. Knees are pretty painful, as are ankles - I need to lose weight, and that should help, but therein lies the problem - no willpower. Also pain in upper extremity joints as well.

26 years with an abuser - didn't have the guts to leave. I was not allowed to work or drive, isolated from my family. Finally, after my daughter started to lose respect for me, I did it - I left! Now I am married to a great guy I met online, and I have the most important thing - a peaceful life!
