Close Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome

I was very recently diagnosed with EDS, classical/hypermobility type--always knew I had it, just didn't know there was a name for it. The only "sport" I've ever been good at is stretching, and this is true also for the others in my family who (clearly) have it. I've had tendon transplants in both knees because of dislocations, and now I'm starting to have trouble with my shoulders. Good to know what it is--now I can make adjustments.
