Close Hearing Loss & Deafness
Type: Sensorineural (Moderate)I had gone for a routine hearing test since I had noticed recently that not only some things had sounded "muffled," but also I had to turn things up a bit louder than usual, such as the TV. The result had been a 35 baseline hearing loss, which put me in the moderate range; I couldn't hear any low pitched noises at all! As a result, I will need hearing aids in both ears.
