I am doing ok today I even talked to him which usually brings me pain and sadness, but I gave a pause of sadness and was ok pretty quickly.  I am not going to annualiz why I am just going to enjoy it.  I even have a added problem of having to buy a new refrigerator and I can't find one because they don't make the height I need anymore unless its very basic nothing of a fridge.  And yet I sit here as my fridge melts and my food gets ruined and I am ok.  And I didn't even have a drink yet.  I am not going to question it like I said I will enjoy this moment for what it is.
