There is probably a lot of red tape involved, but don't let that stop you. Just take it one step at a time. It sounds like a pretty heavy load you're carrying without a lot of support. I have been recently diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis. My mother and grandfather both had it and it seems that with every generation it's onset is earlier and earlier. I'm 23 and starting to struggle with the thought of changing and adapting my entire life because of this.
