- Art Somewhat Helpful
- Diversional therapy helps when im needing major distraction from my thoughts. When i cannt cope , out comes the sketch pad and I draw and vent away. Helps to be able to concentrate onto something.
- Group Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- one on one Therapy helps to validate my past, which means a great deal.
- Music Somewhat Helpful
- Playing music that relates to my state or mood at the time, is a way of venting and helps me to feel understood & validated.
- Reiki Considering
- some form of relaxation, Yoga im considering.
- Talking Somewhat Helpful
- Sidtraction, venting, putting my pain into words is a help.

- I use to draw very hard on my skin as an ulternative , but just wasnt the same.
- Tattoos Considering
- I have a tattoo on my neck, but i am considering using it as a form of Self injury, expressing pain. What to get is the tricky bit. something that can be added on.
Open Gay Parenting

Open Brain / CNS Tumors
Periventricular Heterotopia. This is where some brain cells havnt seperated properly. The sympyoms are: Stroke by the ageof 2. Epilepsy by age of 12. Heart probs when older. Mental retardness or slow learning. Stomach issue. One hand larger than the other.The effects to me:stroke at 8 months,which gave me life time depression. Epliepsy and slow learning right throughout.Would like to hear from anyone who has known of PH. Cheers Lannah
