Welcome to DS. This is a great site. I was diagnosed in Nov 06. I'm married and have a almost 6 yr old son. Since the dx, I have really had to adjust/modify how I do things. It really is life changing. However, I had also learned alot about myself and others throughout all this. Currently, I am doing well. I have my moments of stiffness/soreness, but I really try to remain as active as I can. I think the first yr is the hardest. Take care and welcome.

Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in Feb.2008. I am fairly new to this whole thing. I am currently taking Plaquenil, Celebrex, Vitamin D and Lexapro. I was in so much pain and could hardly walk in the beginning, but now am 80% better with the meds I'm taking.
