Well,
Its been another great week in my recovery. Since i started doing pushups, dips and crunches
i have noticed a significant increase in chest, back and arm muscles. there have been a few days where i havent been able to do all the exercise that i wanted, but compared to 25 days ago where i wasnt able make my goals - i wont complain.
I am pretty sure as long as i keep this up for the next couple of months i will look much better and reduce some of this weight i still have on me!
Another little tidbit, i can hold my breath for a full minute now before my lungs start hurting, it is pretty obvious that my body is definalty more efficient now. (keep in mind i have also had 1/3 of my right lung removed)
My father and I have been reading posts on this and other pages and I really feel bad for the majority of you out there.
hopefully i will be able to converse will more and more people and trade stories.
Your in all of my prayers,
keep fighting and hang in there!
