well, sorry it's been so long, but i've been crazy busy with work and i'm lacking in energy to even do the journaling on here. things are not going so well right now. the suicidal thoughts are settling in again and they're getting unbearable. it's to the point where i'm writing letters to loved ones and plotting out the method and stuff. i've been trying to verbalize what's going on to my coworkers, but i'm having so much trouble talking to them....or anyone for that matter. your support and prayers are greatly appreciated.
