    • Close Head and Neck cancers
      Type: Laryngeal

Early laryngeal cancer detected in 2001 treated w/ radiation (a BIG mistake since my cancers are caused by HPV 16); 2003 upper lobectomy right lung - squamous cell carcinoma; 2004 - laryngeal cancer recurrence required total laryngectomy - horrific! 2005 esophageal cancer stage 4 treated with radiation and Erbitux; 2005 base of tongue tumor treated with radiation and Erbitux, 2007 radio frequency ablation procedure on growth in left lung - currently taking Erbitux & Tarceva - very hard on skin.

      Treatments

      Radiotherapy Not Working
I believe it made the initial cancer which was found very early much more aggressive - see my history - I would avoid at all costs if surgery were an option.
      Surgery Working / Worked
      Tarceva Working / Worked
      Lung lesions did get smaller
